Safety isn't just a slogan, it's a way of life

At Gateway Pacific Contractors, Inc, our employees are our most valuable asset. For us, safety is more than a set of rules and a program to be enforced; it is an ever-prevalent state-of-mind so that nothing - not schedule constraints or cost of extra manhours - nothing trumps performing all of our work in a safe, healthy and responsible manner. The only acceptable outcome is that each of our employees comes home to their loved ones each night.

Our goal is to create a Safety Culture at Gateway Pacific that is valued and prioritized by the entire organization beginning with upper management. Our Safety is our highest priority and is instilled within the Gateway family as a mindset we enhance each day. All employees are encouraged to be our eyes and ears in the workplace and to immediately take action to remedy the problem and/or stop work and notify supervision whenever an unsafe situation is discovered. To this end, Gateway Pacific is committed to providing employees with the proper equipment, PPE, training and safe work procedures to make informed decisions and achieve our objective of no lost time incidents.
